The Sumner Association of REALTORS was founded in November 1963. Our not for profit association serves Macon and Sumner counties and its communities.
Location is everything and much of our land is located in prime territory surrounding the beautiful Old Hickory Lake where fun and fortune abounds. We are located in the northern area of middle Tennessee, approximately 20 miles from downtown Nashville and 45 minutes from the Nashville International Airport.
Our Membership is composed of approximately 500 affiliate and real estate professionals who engage in every aspect of the industry which includes residential and commercial sales, leasing, appraising, inspecting, property management and property restoration.
